What we can help with
- Battery: we try to start the car if the battery is flat. If the battery is dead, we tow the car to a garage.
- Tyre: we fit the spare in your car if it is usable. With no spare, we transport the car.
These services depend on availability. Tell us the problem when you call and we confirm whether it can be fixed on site or needs a tow.
Your safety first
- Turn on your hazard lights straight away.
- On a highway, get out on the kerb side and wait behind the barrier, away from traffic.
- Do not change a tyre in a live lane.
- In extreme heat, do not wait for long inside a car with the engine off.
